1. Pendahuluan & Gambaran Aplikasi ID

Ingetin (juga dikenal sebagai bagian dari ekosistem Pandai Aspri, identitas paket aplikasi: solutions.pandai.assistant) adalah asisten produktivitas pribadi berbasis Kecerdasan Buatan Lokal (On-Device AI) yang dirancang untuk membantu pengelolaan seluruh aktivitas harian Anda tanpa mengorbankan privasi data.

Fitur-fitur utama Ingetin meliputi:

• Voice-First AI Assistant: memahami perintah suara dan teks secara offline melalui model bahasa lokal (FunctionGemma-270M sebagai default, Gemma 4 E2B LiteRT LM 2,59 GB untuk perangkat dengan RAM 8 GB+, dan Gemma 4 E4B LiteRT LM 3,66 GB untuk perangkat flagship dengan RAM 12 GB+).
• Pengingat Pintar & Alarm Andal: pengingat berulang, satu kali, dan notifikasi bersuara tepat waktu.
• Target & Rencana Kegiatan: perumusan target dan pemecahan langkah aksi terstruktur secara otomatis dibantu oleh AI dengan kendali penuh pengguna (Human-in-the-loop).
• Jadwal Harian & Daftar Tugas: kalender visual agenda harian dan daftar "Tugas Hari Ini".
• Catatan Suara Otomatis: perekaman memo suara dengan transkripsi teks otomatis secara offline menggunakan model Whisper di perangkat.
• Kustomisasi Suara Alarm: rekaman suara pribadi atau orang tersayang untuk nada dering pengingat yang unik dan memotivasi.
• Briefing AI & Widget Layar Utama: ringkasan sapaan cerdas suara dan teks mengenai jadwal, target prioritas, serta pemantauan agenda harian secara instan langsung di layar utama smartphone melalui Widget.

2. Data yang Disimpan di Perangkat Anda ID

Ingetin hanya memproses dan menyimpan data berikut secara lokal di penyimpanan internal perangkat Anda:

• Pengingat & Jadwal: judul agenda, waktu terjadwal, pola perulangan, prioritas, status mute, dan riwayat penyelesaian.
• Target & Kegiatan: nama target, deskripsi, jenis pengukuran target, milestone rencana kegiatan, dan riwayat kemajuan (progress log).
• Catatan Suara & Transkripsi: berkas rekaman suara (.wav) dan hasil transkripsi teks memo yang diproses oleh Whisper on-device.
• Berkas Suara Alarm Kustom: file audio suara asli yang Anda rekam secara mandiri untuk dijadikan nada dering alarm.
• Riwayat Percakapan AI: riwayat dialog perintah suara dan interaksi teks dengan asisten lokal.
• Preferensi Aplikasi: pilihan bahasa (ID/EN), pemilihan model suara TTS, dan konfigurasi lokal lainnya.
• Widget Layar Utama: widget Android membaca data SQLite lokal perangkat (sapaan, progres target, dan agenda hari ini) untuk ditampilkan secara ringkas di layar depan tanpa transmisi jaringan.

Ingetin tidak mengumpulkan data identitas pribadi (seperti nama asli KTP, NIK, alamat rumah, nomor telepon, atau rekening perbankan). Ingetin juga tidak mengekstraksi atau mengumpulkan data biometrik untuk identifikasi personal, tidak menggunakan sensor pelacak lokasi GPS, dan tidak melakukan profiling perilaku atas isi pengingat Anda.

3. Cara Pemrosesan Teknologi Lokal (100% On-Device) ID

3.1 Pengenalan Suara (Speech-to-Text / Whisper)

Audio ucapan Anda langsung diproses dan dikonversi menjadi teks di CPU/GPU perangkat Anda menggunakan model Whisper offline. Suara Anda tidak pernah ditransmisikan ke server cloud manapun untuk proses transkripsi.

3.2 Model Kecerdasan Buatan (On-Device LLM)

Ingetin mengeksekusi model AI lokal (Google FunctionGemma-270M sebagai default, Google Gemma 4 E2B LiteRT LM untuk perangkat RAM 8 GB+, serta Google Gemma 4 E4B LiteRT LM untuk perangkat flagship RAM 12 GB+) secara langsung di runtime perangkat menggunakan mesin LiteRT/MediaPipe. Prompt teks dan interaksi Anda tidak pernah diunggah ke cloud AI.

3.3 Sintesis Suara (Text-to-Speech / Supertonic)

Suara respon asisten dan audio alarm disintesis secara lokal menggunakan mesin Supertonic 3 (Sherpa-ONNX) tanpa koneksi internet.

4. Izin Perangkat yang Digunakan ID

Ingetin memerlukan izin sistem Android berikut semata-mata demi menjalankan fitur yang Anda gunakan:

• Mikrofon (RECORD_AUDIO): digunakan untuk merekam perintah suara, catatan memo suara, dan suara alarm kustom. Akses mikrofon HANYA aktif saat Anda secara sadar menekan tombol rekam atau mengaktifkan mode bicara. Ingetin TIDAK PERNAH mendengarkan atau merekam secara tersembunyi di latar belakang.
• Bluetooth (BLUETOOTH, BLUETOOTH_CONNECT, BLUETOOTH_ADMIN): digunakan untuk mengalirkan output suara alarm, sapaan suara (Briefing AI), dan respon asisten ke headset, earphone, atau speaker Bluetooth eksternal Anda. Izin ini tidak digunakan untuk melacak lokasi atau mengumpulkan data identitas perangkat.
• Alarm Presisi (SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM): memastikan pengingat dan alarm berbunyi tepat pada waktu yang ditentukan.
• Notifikasi (POST_NOTIFICATIONS): menampilkan banner pemberitahuan jadwal dan status pengingat.
• Layanan Latar Belakang & Mulai Ulang (RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED, FOREGROUND_SERVICE, WAKE_LOCK): memulihkan jadwal alarm setelah perangkat dimatikan atau dinyalakan ulang, serta memastikan audio alarm tetap berbunyi saat layar terkunci.
• Internet (INTERNET): digunakan untuk pengunduhan berkas biner model AI (FunctionGemma, Gemma 4, Whisper, TTS) satu kali saat inisialisasi awal, penayangan iklan Google AdMob, pelaporan crash Firebase Crashlytics, dan penerimaan broadcast Firebase Cloud Messaging.

5. Layanan Pihak Ketiga & Lalu Lintas Data ID

Data pengingat, rekaman suara, dan catatan Anda tidak pernah dikirimkan ke pihak ketiga. Namun, aplikasi mengintegrasikan komponen pihak ketiga resmi berikut untuk keperluan teknis:

• Google AdMob & Google User Messaging Platform / UMP (Iklan & Persetujuan Privasi): Menampilkan iklan dengan konfigurasi rating konten Remaja / 13+ (MaxAdContentRating.t). Aplikasi mengimplementasikan Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) SDK bersertifikasi IAB Europe Transparency and Consent Framework (TCF v2.2) untuk mengumpulkan dan mengelola persetujuan pengguna di wilayah Uni Eropa (EEA), Inggris (UK), dan Swiss secara transparan sesuai kepatuhan GDPR. Pengguna dapat meninjau dan mengubah pilihan privasi iklan kapan saja melalui menu Tentang Aplikasi. AdMob dapat mengumpulkan pengenal iklan perangkat (Advertising ID) anonim sesuai Kebijakan Iklan Google dan Kebijakan Privasi Google. AdMob tidak memiliki akses ke isi catatan, rekaman, atau pengingat Anda.
• Firebase Crashlytics (Diagnostik Kerusakan): Mengumpulkan laporan galat teknis (tipe ponsel, versi OS, stack trace crash) untuk memperbaiki kestabilan aplikasi sesuai Kebijakan Privasi Firebase.
• Firebase Cloud Messaging / FCM (Pesan Pembaruan): Menggunakan token registrasi FCM anonim untuk menerima pemberitahuan siaran pembaruan sistem aplikasi.
• Pengunduhan Model AI: Pengunduhan berkas model AI lokal (dari repositori resmi Hugging Face / GitHub) berlangsung satu arah (download-only) tanpa transmisi data pengguna.
• Fitur Berbagi (Share Feature): Jika Anda menggunakan tombol "Bagikan" (Share) pada catatan suara atau jadwal, konten teks tersebut akan dikirimkan ke aplikasi eksternal pilihan Anda (misalnya WhatsApp, Gmail, dsb.) atas kehendak sadar Anda. Data yang telah dibagikan keluar dari kendali sandbox Ingetin.

6. Persetujuan Rekaman Suara, Hak Cipta & Anti-Deepfake ID

• Persetujuan Eksplisit (Anti-Penyadapan): Pengguna memegang tanggung jawab hukum penuh atas setiap berkas audio yang direkam. Dilarang keras merekam percakapan atau suara pihak ketiga tanpa persetujuan eksplisit dari pihak yang bersangkutan.
• Bukan Data Biometrik Identifikasi: Berkas rekaman audio dan memo suara digunakan semata-mata untuk konversi suara-ke-teks (STT) serta pemutaran nada alarm secara lokal. Ingetin TIDAK PERNAH mengekstraksi karakteristik biometrik, membuat sidik suara (voiceprint), ataupun memproses data audio untuk keperluan identifikasi atau otentikasi biometrik unik pengguna sebagaimana didefinisikan dalam UU PDP No. 27/2022 maupun GDPR Article 9.
• Hak Cipta: Dilarang menggunakan berkas suara atau materi audio yang melanggar hak kekayaan intelektual atau hak cipta pihak lain sebagai suara alarm kustom.
• Bukan Kloning Suara / Deepfake: Fitur kustomisasi suara alarm Ingetin memutar rekaman audio asli yang Anda rekam secara mandiri secara apa adanya. Aplikasi ini TIDAK membuat atau menyediakan teknologi kloning suara sintetis (deepfake).

8. Batasan AI & Pembatasan Tanggung Jawab (Limitation of Liability) ID

Ingetin disediakan dengan asas "SEBAGAIMANA ADANYA" (AS IS) dan "SEBAGAIMANA TERSEDIA" (AS AVAILABLE).

• Batasan & Halusinasi AI: Model AI lokal (FunctionGemma & Gemma) merupakan sarana bantu yang dapat mengalami kekeliruan, ketidakakuratan, atau halusinasi informasi. Pengguna wajib memeriksa dan mengonfirmasi kembali jadwal atau target yang disarankan oleh AI.
• Penyusunan Rencana oleh AI & Kendali Pengguna (Human-in-the-Loop): Seluruh butir kegiatan yang dihasilkan AI bersifat usulan sementara dan memerlukan persetujuan sadar pengguna (tombol Simpan) sebelum dicatat ke database lokal. Selama proses kompilasi kegiatan berlangsung, perpindahan halaman ditangguhkan sementara demi menjaga integritas transaksi data lokal.
• Keandalan Alarm & Kebijakan Sistem Operasi: Notifikasi dan alarm bergantung pada izin sistem operasi Android (Exact Alarm), mode Jangan Ganggu (DND), dan manajemen baterai OEM (Doze Mode / Background Battery Optimization pada perangkat seperti Samsung, Xiaomi, Oppo, Vivo, dsb). Pengembang tidak bertanggung jawab atas kerugian langsung maupun tidak langsung akibat alarm yang tidak berbunyi karena intervensi restriksi sistem operasi atau perangkat dalam keadaan mati/kehabisan baterai.

9. Hak Subjek Data (UU PDP No. 27/2022 & GDPR) & Penghapusan Data ID

Sesuai dengan Undang-Undang Pelindungan Data Pribadi (UU PDP No. 27/2022) dan General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Anda memiliki hak penuh atas data Anda:

• Hak Akses & Kontrol: Seluruh data Anda dapat Anda lihat, edit, dan kelola langsung di dalam aplikasi tanpa perantara.
• Hak Penghapusan (Right to Erasure): Anda dapat menghapus pengingat, target, memo suara, atau riwayat percakapan kapan saja melalui menu aplikasi.
• Penghapusan Permanen Otomatis: Karena seluruh data disimpan secara lokal tanpa cloud backup, menghapus instalasi (uninstall) aplikasi Ingetin dari perangkat Anda akan secara permanen dan seketika memusnahkan seluruh data dan rekaman suara Anda.
• Pencadangan Cloud Dinonaktifkan: Ingetin secara sengaja menonaktifkan fitur pencadangan cloud otomatis (seperti Android Google Drive Backup atau iOS iCloud Backup) untuk menjamin rekaman pribadi Anda tidak pernah terunggah tanpa sepengetahuan Anda.

10. Batasan Usia & Privasi Anak ID

Ingetin ditujukan untuk pengguna berusia minimal 13 tahun (atau usia kecakapan hukum digital yang berlaku di wilayah Anda). Ingetin tidak secara sengaja mengumpulkan data pribadi dari anak-anak di bawah batas usia tersebut. Penggunaan aplikasi oleh anak di bawah umur wajib dilakukan dengan pendampingan dan persetujuan orang tua atau wali sah.

Key features include:

2. Data Stored on Your Device EN

Ingetin collects and retains data exclusively within your device's internal private storage:

• Reminders & Schedules: title, scheduled time, recurrence frequency, priority rating, mute status, and completion history.
• Targets & Activities: target title, description, progress aggregation types, target limits/units, log entries, and milestone history.
• Voice Notes & Transcriptions: recorded audio files (.wav) and transcribed text memos processed on-device.
• Custom Voice Alarm Files: genuine audio clips recorded by you to serve as custom alert tones.
• AI Assistant Conversations: voice and text interaction logs with the on-device assistant.
• Application Preferences: language preference (ID/EN), TTS voice engine selection, and local settings.
• Home Screen Widget: Android App Widget reads internal local SQLite database records (greeting, target progress, and today's schedule) to display an instant dashboard on your home screen with zero network communication.

Ingetin does not collect personally identifiable information (such as real government names, national identity numbers, home addresses, phone numbers, or bank account details). Ingetin does not extract or collect biometric data for personal identification, does not collect GPS geolocation data, and performs zero behavioral tracking on your reminder contents.

3.1 Speech Recognition (Speech-to-Text / Whisper)

Microphone audio is transcribed into text directly on your device's hardware using offline Whisper models. Raw voice audio is never transmitted across the network for speech recognition.

3.2 Artificial Intelligence (On-Device LLM)

Ingetin executes local AI models (Google FunctionGemma-270M by default, Google Gemma 4 E2B LiteRT LM for eligible 8 GB+ RAM devices, and Google Gemma 4 E4B LiteRT LM for flagship 12 GB+ RAM devices) directly within the on-device LiteRT/MediaPipe runtime. Your prompts and task details are never uploaded to cloud AI servers.

3.3 Speech Synthesis (Text-to-Speech / Supertonic)

Auditory briefings and reminder responses are generated locally using the Supertonic 3 (Sherpa-ONNX) synthesis engine with zero internet connection required.

4. Device Permissions Requested EN

Ingetin requests the following permissions strictly to facilitate features you activate:

• Microphone (RECORD_AUDIO): used exclusively to capture voice commands, record voice memos, and record custom alarm tones. Microphone capture is ONLY active when you deliberately press a record or speech button. Ingetin NEVER listens or records in the background.
• Bluetooth (BLUETOOTH, BLUETOOTH_CONNECT, BLUETOOTH_ADMIN): used to stream alarm audio, voice briefings (Briefing AI), and assistant feedback to connected Bluetooth headphones, earbuds, or speakers. It is not used for tracking or device telemetry.
• Exact Alarms (SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM): ensures alarms and reminders trigger at the precise minute and second configured.
• Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS): displays schedule notifications and status alerts.
• Background Execution & Boot (RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED, FOREGROUND_SERVICE, WAKE_LOCK): restores scheduled alarms following device reboots and ensures alarms sound properly while the screen is locked.
• Internet (INTERNET): utilized for one-time initial download of local AI model weights (FunctionGemma, Gemma 4, Whisper, TTS), serving Google AdMob advertisements, Firebase Crashlytics diagnostics, and Firebase Cloud Messaging updates.

5. Third-Party Services & Data Transfers EN

Your reminder records, audio recordings, and notes are never transferred to third parties. However, the app includes verified third-party SDKs for core operations:

• Google AdMob & Google User Messaging Platform / UMP (Advertising & Consent): Displays ads configured with a Teen 13+ content rating (MaxAdContentRating.t). The app integrates the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) SDK certified under IAB Europe Transparency and Consent Framework (TCF v2.2) to collect and manage user consent in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, and Switzerland in strict compliance with GDPR. Users may review and update their ad privacy preferences at any time via the About screen. AdMob may collect anonymous advertising identifiers (Advertising ID) in accordance with the Google Advertising Policies and Google Privacy Policy. AdMob has no access to your notes, recordings, or schedules.
• Firebase Crashlytics (Diagnostic Reports): Collects technical error traces (device model, OS version, call stacks) to maintain stability pursuant to the Firebase Privacy Policy.
• Firebase Cloud Messaging / FCM (Broadcasts): Employs anonymous FCM registration tokens to receive system broadcast alerts and update notices.
• AI Model Downloads: Initial downloads of local AI model weights from official repositories (Hugging Face / GitHub) are strictly one-way downloads with no user data transmitted.
• Share Feature: When you voluntarily tap "Share" on voice notes or schedules, text is exported to external third-party applications of your choice (e.g., messaging or email clients). Exported data leaves Ingetin's local sandbox at your direction.

6. Voice Recording Consent, Copyright & Anti-Deepfake EN

• Explicit Consent (Anti-Wiretapping): Users assume full legal responsibility for any audio captured. Recording third parties without their explicit consent is strictly prohibited by applicable wiretapping and privacy laws.
• Non-Biometric Identification: Audio recordings and voice memos are utilized strictly for speech-to-text conversion and local playback. Ingetin NEVER extracts biometric characteristics, constructs voiceprints, or analyzes audio data for unique personal biometric identification or authentication as defined under GDPR Article 9 or Indonesian PDP Law No. 27/2022.
• Copyright Compliance: Users must not record or import third-party copyrighted audio materials for alarm sounds without authorization.
• Real Recordings, Not Synthetic Clones / Deepfakes: Custom voice alarms play genuine recordings made directly by the user. Ingetin DOES NOT generate synthetic biometric voice clones or deepfakes.

8. AI Limitations & Limitation of Liability EN

Ingetin is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

• AI Limitations & Hallucinations: On-device AI models (FunctionGemma & Gemma) are assistive tools that may occasionally generate errors, inaccuracies, or hallucinations. Users must independently verify all AI-generated schedules and recommendations.
• AI Activity Planning & Human-in-the-Loop: All activities proposed by the AI are assistive drafts requiring explicit user confirmation ("Save" action) before committing to the local database. Navigation is temporarily guarded during generation to guarantee local data integrity.
• Alarm Reliability & OS Policies: Sound alarms and notifications depend upon Android operating system permissions (Exact Alarm), Do Not Disturb modes, and OEM battery optimization policies (Doze Mode on Samsung, Xiaomi, Oppo, Vivo, etc.). The developer shall not be liable for missed notifications or direct/indirect damages arising from operating system constraints, device power-downs, or depleted batteries.

9. Data Subject Rights (GDPR & Indonesian PDP Law) & Erasure EN

In compliance with the Indonesian Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP No. 27/2022) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you possess full rights over your data:

• Right to Access & Rectification: You have immediate and unrestricted access to inspect and edit all stored reminders, goals, and notes within the app.
• Right to Erasure (Deletion): You can delete any individual reminder, goal, voice note, or conversation history directly in the app.
• Permanent Erasure via Uninstall: Because all personal data is held locally on your device with no remote database, uninstalling Ingetin instantly and permanently wipes all database records and voice files from your device.
• Cloud Backups Disabled by Design: Ingetin intentionally disables automated cloud backups (such as Google Drive or iCloud Backup) to guarantee your private voice recordings are never replicated onto cloud storage.

10. Age Requirement & Children's Privacy EN

Ingetin is intended for users who are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). Ingetin does not knowingly collect personal information from children under this threshold. Use by minors must be conducted under parental or legal guardian supervision.
